POTTER COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — One man has been arrested in Potter County for a methamphetamine-related charge, according to court documents filed on Sept. 24.
Documents note that John Steven Hernandez was arrested on one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Methamphetamine” after a traffic stop on Sept. 22. Officers conducting the stop allegedly found clear plastic bags of an off-white crystalline substance that weighed approximately 724 grams.
