AUSTIN (KXAN) — A 19-year-old was arrested in connection with a Sept. 12 crash that killed a teenage passenger, according to the Austin Police Department.
The man was identified as King Anthony Henry, 19. APD alleged that Henry drank alcohol prior to the incident; he was arrested for driving while intoxicated as a minor.
Austin Police said officers responded to a single vehicle crash around 9:30 p.m. at Northwest Park, located at 7000 Ardath Street.
Miles Longbine, 19, was taken to a local hospital for treatment and died at 10:32 p.m. despite life-saving efforts.
