AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Law enforcement officers arrested eight people Saturday during a funeral procession in Amarillo after civilian vehicles and motorcycles blocked roadways.
The Amarillo Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other local law enforcement partners made the arrests.
