WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita is getting a visit this week from one of America’s most beloved — and most bun-believable — vehicles.
The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, the 27‑foot hot dog on wheels, will be making several stops across Wichita and other communities from Monday through Oct. 5, bringing fun, puns, photo ops and plenty of smiles.
Behind the wheel is hotdogger “Cookout Caroline” who drives the iconic frank with her co‑pilot, “Nacho Dog Norah.” The duo spend their days traveling the “hotdog highways,” spreading cheer, mustard‑level enthusiasm and stories from life inside a giant rolling wiener.
