SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Sioux Falls man has been sentenced to more than four years in federal prison for Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
Ryan Tulio, 41, was sentenced to 4 years and 9 months in federal prison, 3 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
