CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A multi-vehicle crash that shut down I-24 westbound at Rossville Boulevard Monday night is now re-opened.
That’s according to TDOT’s SmartWay cameras.
Chattanooga Police confirmed the crash involves injuries, but could not provide more information at this time…
