JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) — Work is underway on a roundabout and traffic signal project at Fort Johnson Road at Secessionville and Camp Roads.
The project was funded through the 2016 Transportation Sales Tax and has been in progress for a few years, according to officials.
