EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – An El Paso father has created a new take on the traditional baby spoon, inspired by watching his own children learn how to eat.
Alberto Barrios, a father of three and the inventor of Chipi, told Tricia and Mike during Second Cup that he noticed his children struggled with traditional baby spoons.
