ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Drivers in Rockford could see lane closures starting Monday as stream-bank restoration work begins on Madigan Creek.
The restoration project covers the creek from Waterford Drive to Newburg Road. Most of the work will take place within rear-yard drainage easements, though temporary lane closures may be required to provide access to the project work area.
