SAN ANTONIO — The Beacon Hill neighborhood just east of I-10 near Hildebrand Avenue is all decked out for Halloween, but some neighbors say they’re fighting to rid their area of spooky things that have been happening day and night for a very long time.
One man we’re calling Keith has prepared an extensive database of crimes on his block that includes both felonies and misdemeanors.
