Man accused of killing 54-year-old on Wichita bus pleads not guilty

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A man accused of killing someone on a Wichita city bus has pleaded not guilty.

35-year-old Travis Finney is charged with first-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm.

Police say that on Oct. 16 of 2025, Finney shot and killed a man on a bus. At the scene near the intersection of Douglas and Meridian, first responders found 54-year-old Reginald Griffith with a gunshot wound to the head and declared him dead…
