KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — An 18-year-old has died following a shooting in Kalamazoo Monday night, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.

Around 9:56 p.m. Monday, KDPS officers responded to a shooting in the 1400 block of Fox Ridge Drive. There, officers found an 18-year-old woman with a gunshot wound.
The 18-year-old was pronounced dead after life-saving measures were attempted, KDPS said.
