A camera recorded a confrontation that led to a fatal shooting on Fisher Trail in DeKalb County, according to an arrest warrant.
The shooter, Parke Russell, 24, faces a charge of murder and remains in the DeKalb County Jail. The victim is identified as Omer Ahmadi, 42. A fundraising campaign for Russell’s legal expenses implies Russell was acting in self-defense.
