SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Larry Millete, who was found guilty by a jury of his peers for murdering his wife, Maya Millete, is scheduled to appear in court today for sentencing, but it could be delayed.
Larry’s defense team filed a continuance request two weeks ago, indicating that they may need more time to lay the groundwork for an appeal.
Larry was found guilty of the first-degree murder of his wife, Maya, in July.
