West Shore Home has acquired the home improvement company Wonder Windows, Showers & Baths, headquartered in Rochester, New York, with additional locations in Buffalo and Syracuse. The acquisition includes two affiliated New York companies—BSL Direct Sales, Inc. d/b/a Wonder Windows and Wonder Showers & Baths, Inc.
Founded in 1962, Wonder Windows, Showers & Baths is led today by Mark Lazeroff and his business partner Michael Haymes. The company provides replacement windows and doors alongside shower and bath remodeling services. Both owners plan to retire following the transaction.
With the acquisition, West Shore Home expands into two of the largest metro areas in Upstate New York, Rochester and Buffalo, with a combined population of more than 2 million and some of the oldest owner-owned housing stock in the country…
