EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Flooding has closed South Desert Boulevard near the stateline.
North Desert was also closed near Vinton, but reopened as of 5:40 p.m.
South Desert Boulevard at Anthony, Texas, has been closed because of flooding, TxDOT said. There is no time estimate on when the road will reopen and the closure is listed by TxDOT as “until further notice.”…
