TEXAS — On Tuesday, the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a 3 out of 4 flood risk advisory for the Rio Grande Valley.
Tropical moisture will pair with a slow-moving cold front, which could trigger region-wide heavy rain. The expected rain and storm event could fire up late Thursday.
