Milwaukee rescinds 10 p.m. food truck curfew

(The Center Square) – Milwaukee rescinded its food truck 10 p.m. closure ordinance with a unanimous vote.

The curfew never was enforced as a lawsuit from Abdallah Ismail, owner and operator of The Fatty Patty, led to a temporary restraining order blocking the ordinance before it could begin.

Ismail was represented by the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty…
