The New Orleans Police Department reported two unrelated attacks involving machetes about a week apart.
At around 6 p.m. on Sept. 20, a victim reported being attacked by a man with a machete in the 100 block of Franklin Avenue in St Roch, suffering an injury to the left arm. The suspect allegedly fled on St. Claude Avenue.
NOPD are still seeking the suspect and released photos of a man holding a machete by a gas station in connection to the investigation Monday…
