Sara Lehrman is so serious about her love of Cheesecake Factory that she took a personal day Tuesday from her job as a Spanish teacher at West High School just to be among the first in line for the Wichita restaurant’s opening.
A longtime Cheesecake Factory fan who makes it a point to dine in the restaurants when she travels, Lehrman arrived at 9 a.m. to be ready for the 11 a.m. advertised opening and was greeted by an already healthy line that had started forming at about 7:45 a.m.
When she finally was seated, she ordered some of her Cheesecake Factory favorites — the avocado egg rolls appetizer and the orange chicken entree.
“I’ve never had anything here that wasn’t good, honestly,” she said. “Nobody does food like they do.”…
