SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Sarasota police are asking for the public’s help finding Douglas Rankin, a 59-year-old man considered endangered.
Rankin was last seen about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, in the 1500 block of Tuttle Avenue, police said.
He left the area without his cellphone…
