CINCINNATI (WXIX) – BLINK, the nation’s largest light and art festival, returns to Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Oct. 8-11, bringing millions to the region’s urban core.
The four-day festival will take place across six designated areas spanning 35 city blocks.
