NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A suspect has fled after an armed robbery of an E-bike in the area of West Little Creek Road and Diven Street.
An individual reported that they were robbed at gunpoint and that the suspect took their electric bicycle, then fled.
The suspect was later spotted on the bike in the Hampton Boulevard area near ODU, then fled on foot and was last seen on Monarch Way running toward Killam Avenue…
