RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A beloved psychiatrist and three of her family members were tragically killed during deadly flash floods along the Nepal-China border. The Richmond residency community says the world is a darker place without her.
In late August, a series of flash floods devastated areas surrounding the Nepal-China border. This catastrophe killed hundreds and left thousands more missing, including at least four people with ties to Virginia.
