ROCHESTER, NY — The driver of a tour bus that rolled over on Interstate 490 in Chili has been charged after the crash killed one passenger and injured 28 others, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Sgt. Brendan Hurley said deputies and members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force traveled to Long Island to serve an indictment warrant on Tracy Wallace, 57, who was behind the wheel when the bus crashed Nov. 7, 2024.
The crash happened nearly two years ago and left one passenger dead after the bus landed on its side and slid about 200 yards before stopping.
