Just days after Starbucks permanently closed its Pike & Rose location, the coffeehouse’s exterior signage has already been removed and the windows have been papered over.
The Starbucks at 11802 Grand Park Ave closed permanently over the weekend as part of the company’s plans to shutter approximately 250 underperforming locations across North America. The store’s prominent exterior signage has since been taken down, leaving the space without Starbucks branding.
Despite the quick removal of the signage, there is no indication yet that a replacement tenant has been secured for the space. Starbucks remains listed as a tenant in current Pike & Rose leasing materials…
