TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — We’ve heard of dogs on leashes and even sometimes the occasional rambunctious child on a leash, but have you ever seen a man take his pet raccoon for walkies?
Well, a pair of friends at Tampa’s Whiskey Joe’s Bar & Grill got a surprise sight while sitting outside: a man walking his dog and his raccoon on a leash on Sept. 21.
