BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A motorcyclist died following a collision on Tuesday night in Summerville, the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office announced on Wednesday.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said the motorcycle driver was traveling on North Main Street while attempting to evade law enforcement at 9:47 p.m. when a Ford SUV was attempting to turn left onto North Main Street from Myers Road, leading to the collision.
The motorcyclist was identified as James Truesdale, 45, of Ladson. Truesdale died at the scene due to injuries he sustained in the collision, officials said…
