Pembroke’s Anthony Moore entered a guilty plea in Judge John Atkins’ court earlier this week in Hopkinsville — accepting a plea offer of 20 years on a charge of murder, as well as five years each on two counts of wanton endangerment, all concurrently.
Indicted last year and originally scheduled for a jury trial, Atkins said the jurors were present and accounted for when Moore made the decision, and he added that a third count of wanton endangerment was dismissed on motion of the Commonwealth.
