ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – The sale of the Hotel Roanoke Conference Center to the Virginia Tech Foundation was finalized Wednesday. The sale sets the stage for the eventual sale of the entire hotel property.
For years, the City of Roanoke and Virginia Tech owned the Conference Center while the Virginia Tech Foundation owned the hotel. The Foundation now owns the entire property and is working to sell it.
