TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The father of the 18-year-old student arrested September 24 after a gun was found inside his bookbag during a routine weapons check at Scott High School was charged for an incident at the school the same day.
Nesbitt Carter, 61, is charged with Disrupting School Activity.
