BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Hazmat is on the way to Poydras Bayou Road at US 190 to investigate an “unknown substance” on the road, according to the West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office said deputies are reviewing surveillance footage in an attempt to identify a truck and placard if it is a placard substance.
