ST. LOUIS – The owner of the Speakeasy Café on Holly Hills Avenue in south St. Louis is charged for running a business without a retail sales tax license.
On Tuesday, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Michael Delong, 52, of St. Louis, with making sales at retail without a retail license.
