LOVES PARK, Ill (WTVO) — A Rockford man was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly driving while impaired with a child in the car, according to the Loves Park Police Department.
Police said an officer on routine patrol near North 2nd Street and East Riverside Boulevard observed a vehicle accelerate at a high speed around 8:01 p.m.
