The San Antonio region will soon experience a shakeup as a Pacific cold front moves through, bringing storms and potential flooding. The National Weather Service (NWS) issued an updated timeline for heavy rain in a webinar on Wednesday, September 30.

According to the NWS, scattered storms will develop ahead of the front, which is slowly moving east from West Texas. During Wednesday’s daylight hours, there is a 30% chance of rain in San Antonio, but the main likelihood comes after 4 p.m., according to the agency’s website.
