BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The 2025 Kern County Agricultural Crop Report reflected major shifts in local products, including notable increases in values but declines in harvested farmlands by Kern growers.
The gross value of all agricultural commodities produced in Kern County is over $8.9 billion, according to the report, excluding any expenses in production and other costs.

This shows a 12% increase from the previous year’s crop value, which was around $7.96 billion.
