NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Some of the last images of 69-year-old Alphonse Hogan Jr. are from Aug. 3 at the corner of Lapeyrouse and North Johnson streets in the 7th Ward, where he was walking his dogs.
It’s the same day the New Orleans Police Department filed a missing person report for Hogan. Two weeks later, police shifted the case from a missing person investigation to a homicide investigation.
