NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – It’s going to be a very special weekend for Louisiana Walks For Parkinson’s and its not allowing any weather to put a damper on their cause this Saturday, October 3 so come rain or shine.
It was announced on social media this Wednesday that the event would be changing its location to indoors at the address listed below due to weather:
“My mom was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s so I’m a bit of a newbie to this community, but I feel so honored to have the opportunity to participate in this very special occasion as a co-emcee. I look for to hearing your ‘tips and tricks’ and your warrior stories. I’ll see you there, rain or shine!” says our Natalie Parsons.
