New students at the University of Oregon moved into residence halls across campus for the annual Unpack the Quack on Sept. 24 and 25.
This year, nine residence halls will house an estimated 5,000 students living on campus, according to UO Spokes-person Angela Seydel.
The halls welcoming primarily freshmen are Carson, Earl, Global Scholars, Justice Bean, Kalapuya Ilihi, Living Learning Center, Unthank and the newly named Cedar Hall — previously known as New Residence Hall.
