PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three clicks. That’s all Chuck Dornon said it took to reach private McMinnville records that should never have been public on the dark web.
“Anything and everything that the city’s done is out there,” Dornon said. “This is probably the easiest form of information I’ve come across in a breach.”
