A Wellesley man accused of fatally stabbing his father in June has been indicted by a Norfolk grand Jury.
The grand jury charged James Floyd Bennett III, 24, with first-degree murder in the June 25 stabbing death of his father, James Floyd Bennett II, 58.
Bennett was scheduled Wednesday, Sept. 30, for a probable cause hearing in Dedham District Court, but the hearing was rescheduled until November. But due to the Wednesday afternoon indictment, the case will be moved from the district court to Norfolk Superior Court…
