A New Cumberland man pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in connection with a fatal road rage crash in Lemoyne Borough.
John Clark III, 57, entered the plea Sept. 29 before Cumberland County Judge Michelle H. Sibert. Members of the victim’s family were present.
