Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele announced on September 30th criminal charges against 46 businesses in 26 municipalities following a countywide investigation into the illegal sale of THC products at retail businesses throughout Montgomery County.
One local business was among the 46 charged: Deep Six CBD (Atlantic Intertech, LLC) at the Plymouth Meeting Mall in Plymouth Meeting. Deep Six opened at the mall in 2018.
The Montgomery County Detective Bureau conducted the investigation as part of “an initiative to address a wave of unregulated and unsafe products often found at smoke shops, convenience stores and gas stations.” Detectives made public purchases of the alleged illegal THC products…
