NEW CASTLE, Del. — Three New Castle County police officers were legally justified when they opened fire on suspects during a 2023 home invasion response, according to a Delaware Department of Justice investigation.
The Jan. 22, 2023, shooting was not fatal. Two suspects were wounded and survived.
