CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man charged in connection to a child exploitation sting operation has entered a plea deal.
Gabriel Kelley, 23, pleaded guilty on Thursday to enticement of a minor. His grooming charge was dropped.
