LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An attorney representing a man who was seen on video with a Little Rock police officer holding a gun to his head demanded a response from the city at a Thursday news conference.
Attorney Michael Laux is representing Gregory Williams in the Aug. 9 incident when police were called to a Velaro gas station on South University.

According to Laux, a clerk at Velaro called police after he and Williams argued over a piece of fried fish, telling the dispatcher that Williams had threatened to kill him. Arriving police are seen on body camera telling Williams to get on the floor and spread his arms out, while one of the three officers responding to the call holds a gun to Williams’ head.
