AGS American Glass Services has acquired Mark Industries, a commercial glazing contractor based in Elgin, Illinois. Mark provides fabrication and installation of commercial glass systems for warehouse, office, retail and other building types throughout the greater Chicago area.
AGS officials say the acquisition extends AGS’s footprint into the Chicago metropolitan market and places Mark near AGS’s East Moline, Illinois, operations. Mark’s owner and president, Josh Cunningham, will join AGS and continue to lead the business…
