TUCSON, AZ — A man wanted on Arizona and Michigan drug warrants since 2009 has been returned to Pima County following his arrest in Mexico nearly three years ago.
U.S. Marshals Service deputies brought Jorge Lamadrid-Carranza back to the U.S. on September 24 and transported him to Arizona to face charges.
