The top selling property for the week of Aug. 10 in Portage County was a large indistrial warehouse at 675 Mondial Parkway in Streetsboro, according to the Portage County Auditor’s Office.
The site, which is 130,000-square-feet, was purchsed by Sparrowhawk CL Ohio LLC of Houston, Texas, as part of a massive, 20-property portfolio purchase that totalled almost $400 million. The warehouse was sold for $11,775,400.
The Streetsboro site has three buildings, which are zoned industrial light manufacturing, office and storage. Other properties that were part of the portfolio sale were in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton, along with Louisville, Kentucky, and St. Louis…
