A group of properties intended for a data center development in Alliance has been sold for $4.75 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The site, which is the former home of Alliance Casting Co. at 1001 E. Broadway St., was sold to Alliance Park Development LLC. Applied Partners has plans for a data center within a mixed-use facility there.
This week’s real estate transfers cover Sept. 5 to Sept. 11.
